"I have better arms than shoulders or chests genetically," he said, noting that he doesn’t dedicate a specific day to arms but instead combines them with shoulder workouts. His routine typically includes two bicep exercises and two tricep exercises, often involving compound free weight movements and machine exercises.

For example, his bicep workouts might consist of dumbbell curls followed by a Hammer Strength cable exercise using a rope or V bar. For triceps, he might do a cable pushdown and possibly a skull crusher.

While he uses a personal trainer, who is a former Mr. Universe, Chesky also incorporates AI into his fitness journey. He mentioned using an AI chatbot to analyze his bloodwork results, which helped him identify a deficiency in Vitamin D. This led him to start supplementing accordingly.
