Ansel Elgorthas a new infant driver.
The Baby Driver star has taken on the role of father to his expanding list of accomplishments, withPeopleconfirming that he was happy to welcome his first child.
The performer and his significant other introduced their family with atrip to New York City on January 13th, where he had their child tied to his chest.
In the photos, Ansel cradled his infant—wearing a teddy bear onesie—tightly while the three of them strolled through the streets of New York City and shared a subway ride.
The report follows Ansel’s recent low-key presence—after a woman named alleged sexual assault.Gabby, to Ansel rejected any responsibility for his actions—although he started attending more public events regularly in 2025.
While 2021’s West Side Story was Ansel’s final major film role, he remained active as Jake Adelstein in the television seriesTokyo Vice, which lasted two seasons on HBO Max. And, more recently, theFault in Our Stars Actor shifted his focus to the theater.

In November, Ansel premiered his professional dance performance in the rock ballet.Quadrophenia, which drew inspiration fromThe Whohis album of the same name.
Ansel headed the company as The Godfather—a position held by the frontman of The Who.Pete Townshend was excited to see the actor embody.

But when he isn’t performing on stage, the 31-year-old—whopreviously dated ballerina Violetta Komyshan—has been reuniting with old friends, includingThe Flaw in Our Starsauthor John Green.

But Ansel, for his part, has enhanced his cooking abilities since his cheese and tomato sandwich days. In December, theDivergent star demonstrated his breakfast preparation abilities, which he mentioned was practice for his upcoming role asCount Hubert de Givenchy in Dinner With Audrey.
He added a caption to the December 14 photo, “Getting ready for my role as Givenchy by making French toast.”
