Posting a photo of himself and his new wife sharing a kiss, Joey wrote, ‘Step one completed,’ referencing the legal aspect of the ceremony before they fly off for a wedding reception overseas.

Robyn and Joey renewed their vows in June during a breathtaking ceremony in Marbella, which was graced by numerous rugby WAGs such as Jessica O’Mahony, Saskia Snyman, Harriet Byrne, and Lucy Johnson.
After stunning in a breathtaking dress featuring a big bow at the back on her special day, Robyn switched into something slightly more casual but equally impressive as she kept the festivities going throughout theirday two celebrations.
The newlyweds subsequently put their honeymoon plans on hold to participate in another rugby-related wedding as Joanna Cooper and Conor Murray got married in Portugal just a few days after Robyn and Joey.
And baby makes three
Robyn and Joey revealed they are expecting a new addition to their family on St Stephen’s Day 2023.
Sharing a lovely black and white photo, Robyn’s caption just said ‘We’re expecting a baby and we’re truly delighted’, accompanied by another image of her scan in front of the Christmas tree.
The couple revealed the birth of their son in June 2024 by posting a cute photo of the newborn.
“You’ve finally arrived. Welcome to the world, our lovely baby boy,” they said. Robyn and Joey later revealed that they had named their son Beau – so adorable!
Turning 30
Robyn started a new phase of her life when she celebrated her 30th birthday in June 2025.
Her family expressed their good wishes with messages coming in from her brothers and sisters, along with a sincere post from Joey, who said: ‘Happy 30th birthday, darling, we love you very much.’

Might we witness Joey wearing a Leinster jersey once more? Well, it’s possible.
Joey left the province eight years back for a period in Muster prior to relocating to France, where he has been playing for Bordeaux in recent seasons.
Joey is set to conclude his tenure there this summer, with a potential transfer to Leinster being discussed, according to the Irish Independent. Ulster is also reportedly interested in signing Carbery, and there have been indications of him being selected for Andy Farrell’s team ahead of the 2027 World Cup.
